From today we will be temporarily suspending production until it’s safer to reopen. These are unprecedentedly difficult times. We feel for our team, for all of our customers and fellow independent businesses. It’s tough out there.
The situation is grave and the response critical. We want to play our part in helping to reduce transmission of the virus along with protecting our brilliant team and their loved ones.
Over the last few weeks we have been working incredibly hard to maintain production demand to help all of our customers to keep going under increasingly difficult circumstances. However, the continued spread of coronavirus has now made this impossible.
We currently have 50% of the production team in self-isolation and we cannot function safely or responsibly without the necessary qualified first-aiders in all departments. The safety and well-being of our team will always be our top priority. We have therefore decided it is right to temporarily suspend manufacture.
It’s important to understand that this decision was not taken lightly, and it was taken for the right reasons. We will be working to government guidelines and will be constantly reviewing over the coming days and weeks.
Please be assured of our very best efforts to get back up and running once we can safely return to production after this temporary interruption. Meanwhile, our support team will remain engaged and on-hand to maintain communication and advise of any changes that will affect you.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and we ask for your continued support, understanding and loyalty at this incredibly difficult time. It’s everyone’s responsibility to help stop the spread of this virus.
