Congratulations to Michael Manktelow, our deserving (and humble) winner of Trainee of the Year at the fourth annual Laundry & Cleaning Today LADA Awards, held at Mercedes-Benz World in Surrey on November 1st. We are all absolutely delighted for Michael who has consistently demonstrated integrity, diligence, decency and a willingness to learn – his pleasant manner and character fitting perfectly with our ethos to “work hard and be nice to people”.
Michael follows in the footsteps of Chris Francis, our excellent Field Chemist, who received similar recognition the previous year!
It’s true that a company is only as good as its people, and we like to think that here at Ideal we are building and developing a genuinely exciting, bright and dynamic team. It is wonderful to see them rewarded for their hard work and the positive impact they can have on our industry.
