We’re so pleased to let you know that our Development Chemist, Vicky Lovegrove has deservedly made it into The Manufacturer Top 100 cohort for 2020, as a Young Pioneer for her brilliant R&D work at Ideal over the last year. Also, for bringing calm, order, efficiency, good humour & her own particular brand of North Warwickshire no-nonsense to the lab in these mad times. Congratulations from the whole Ideal team Vicky!
Vicky joined Ideal soon after graduating from The University of Birmingham. She loves to see products successfully scale from the development lab into production! Her work this year has focused on formulating modern responsible products that are better for the environment, something she believes as very important for the future.

Each year a new cohort is added to The Manufacturer Top 100 700+ strong community. They all have one thing in common and that is they have personally committed to The Manufacturer Top 100 Pledge – a series of actions that each alumnus should take to help solve manufacturing’s talent challenge.
